Regarding unpaid toll, Tai Lam Tunnel only accepts payment in cash or by cheque.

After receiving the payment notice, if you wish to pay the unpaid toll in cash, please bring the notice and make the payment at the ground floor of Administration Building, Tai Lam Tunnel, Pat Heung, New Territories, before the due date stated in the letter. After receiving the receipt, please take a photo for record-keeping.

If paying the toll by mailing a cheque, please make the cheque payable to "Route 3 (Country Park Section) Limited," and write your contact phone number, vehicle license plate number, the toll booth number, date, and time on the back of the cheque. And mail it to the following address:
